Collaboration and common vision is at the heart of success in adventure travel. The Adventure Community Builder methodology engages participants in facilitated group networking and strategic planning to enhance collaborative spirit and nurture partnerships for the benefit of the entire destination and all destination stakeholders.

This highly customized program involves participants in a collaborative process of building a common vision for their destination, understanding the power of the industry network, and outlining short- and long-term joint steps. Sophisticated facilitation techniques and targeted group activities take participating community members through a process of learning to think and act together. The program relies on practical case studies and industry examples to demonstrate inspiring best practices and valuable lessons learned. This is combined with a highly customized program design that is aligned with the realities and current dynamics in the specific destination. The main targeted outcome of the program is increased cohesion and collaborative spirit in the destination community.

The Community Builder methodology: combines situation analysis assessments, interactive workshops, inspiring webinars, strategic planning and ongoing support during the process. It is a tailored high touch/high tech program.
